Tradition also dedicates itself to the Cellar: a riot of rustic nature, reserved for tastings of typical products, wines from the best wine cellars and intimate dinners. Old tables, antique carved doors, ancient barrels, blackened flasks, jugs, platters, the scent of hanging meats: a “small ancient world”. It is located under beneath the hotel reception and is available on request.
Here you can organize dinners and tastings with local products, or the prey hunted during the hunting trip. Generally dinner is held in the same location as the Cooking Class, with all participants savoring the products prepared in the course. For info on dinners and tastings, contact us.
